We appreciate your choice in selecting our handmade and custom products. Each item is crafted with utmost care and attention to detail to ensure a unique and personalized experience. However, it is important to note the following warranty and repair information:

Warranty Period: Our products come with a limited warranty of 30 days from the date you receive it. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that may arise during normal use. Any issues reported within this period will be addressed under warranty.

Repair Charges After 30 Days: After the initial 30-day warranty period, any repairs or fixes required will be subject to a service fee starting at $50. This fee covers the cost of materials, labor, and shipping associated with the repair process.

Exclusions from Warranty: The warranty does not cover damages resulting from misuse, accidents, normal wear and tear, or any alterations made to the product by the customer. Additionally, it does not cover damages incurred during shipping if not reported within 48 hours of receiving the product.
